“I think the podcast is well-done in terms of research and explanation. It’s not a dry lecture; it’s very casual. Lots of side rants, which I personally enjoy. It makes history very accessible. I listen to tons of history podcasts and I am currently researching legal historical women’s issues, so I am particularly interested in the content. Anyone who criticizes the research or presentation style is just sexist. But, I am so upset because I have that horrible thing where the sounds of chewing/smacking make me want to kick a baby so I can’t keep listening. I would still read the transcripts but I can’t find them. I am only putting this review in case there is some way to dampen mouth sounds, because I would very much appreciate it. And also because I like the podcast.”
