Thank goodness for Making Sense
The host reaches out from the much diminished centre to understand the dark recesses of our clamouring extremes. Sam is always erudite and considered, and does not shy from the controversial subjects that inevitably stimulate offence in those who do not wish to examine themselves too deeply. Another side of the podcast is the examination of philosophical and other topics, where the edges of our technology and understanding is examined under a microscope. I find these discussions an intense relief from the banal and stupefying extremes that seem to dominate our interaction with the world at large. Thank goodness for Making Sense.
