Walking is Fitness
I’ve been using this podcast on my walks for about two years. Thanks to Dave’s 10 minute podcast, I find it easy to put on my sneakers and go out the door and know that I’ll be walking with someone and learning a little bit about many topics.
While I will listen to Dave’s podcast, I try to get to a certain point in my walk in the 10 minutes. If I reach that goal, the place I was trying to get to, then I know that I’ve been walking about a 3 mile an hour pace.
I’ve learned so much from Dave and find his podcast not only informative, but entertaining and insightful.
Walk with Dave
I sincerely enjoy this podcast. Dave is an encourager for those just beginning their fitness journey. I like that he is not some personal trainer trying to get new clients but just an average day person trying to stay fit and invest in his future health. I appreciate how he takes us on a walk as he walks. He not just telling us what to do but doing it with us. Baby boomers arise!! S. L Smith
Great Podcast
I found Dave a few months ago on Apple Podcasts while randomly looking for a walking podcast. I am super impressed that he is able to do a 10 minute podcast every day and keep it interesting. Obviously, the subject of walking isn't the most interesting topic, but I really enjoy listening every day when I walk. It helps me to stay motivated. Thanks Dave!
