Cast Your Burdens
I started “Cast Your Burdens” podcast in full faith that God will meet you where you are, but not leave you as you are. My mission is to share my personal experiences with you, in order to let you know you aren’t alone. I will be shedding light on topics that aren’t easy to discuss, but they are necessary. This is where Jesus meets us, in the dirt and the grime. In the moments that threaten to shame us, God desires to deliver us. Not just temporarily, but permanently. When we are willing to cast our burdens on Him, He promises to sustain us.

Greatness
Listening to these podcasts has motivated me to move forward with things I never even thought I wanted to do. I am grateful to have these podcasts to remind me just how easy it is to take control of my life and emotions. All while remembering it is okay to struggle and not be okay. ❤️
