En jättebra podd! Laurent gör ett toppenjobb som intervjuare och bjuder in gäster med stor erfarenhet i sina respektive ämnen. Jag har lärt mig massor!

This is easily the best thing I listen too, epsecially since Mike and Martin stopped producing Real Nutrition Radio. Very informative and straight talking information. I particularly like the way some experts challenge Laurent too, proving it is truly unbiased. A very useful "tool for the...Read full review »

LB does a great job extracting the information from leading researchers, coaches and scientists and communicates it in a format the keen athlete can understand and benefit from. He importantly considers everything in context! :-) I've personally listen to them all at least three times!! I hope...Read full review »

Mostly great guests, good subjects, poor sound quality and a redundant and biased host. Worth listening though.

Very interesting topics and helpful for SPEX undergrads! Would love to hear you get Dr. Leigh Breen on to talk about his recent systematic review on anabolic resistance in the elderly!

This podcast is almost great. Guest are fantastic and host is knowledgeable but he doesn't let his guest talk near enough. Considering it's an interview not a round table discussion the host shouldn't be talking more than his guests.

As a person with a masters degree in nutrition, I am frustrated and amazed at the amount of information being peddled on podcasts as nutrition science. From demonizing a single substance, to going overboard with one macronutrient or the other to most podcasts that want to sell products, whether...Read full review »

Good info and good guests but the host talks too much. He should let the guests talk more and not speak so much ....it's really annoying.

I listen to many nutrition & fitness related podcasts, but 'We Do Science' is the only one that is consistently excellent! An excellent range of topics with top notch guest experts every show! Literally can't wait for the next episode to come out!

Fantastic content but the interviewer needs to learn how to ask a question and shut up. The Menno Henselmans podcast in particular, asks a question and then drones on for another 2 minutes before re-asking the question. I think it's an ego thing of asking a question but wanting to make sure his...Read full review »
