So Problematic
There is a disconnect between this host’s stagnant point of views and the reality of the dating world that she seems to thinks she contributes to the evolution of. If you subscribe to stale, strict gender roles (even with her constant attempt to quality that she’s consulted LBGTQ opinions as well) then maybe this is for you, but for someone who comes from and attempts to represent NYC, there are few people more out of touch. The increasing obsession with herself is almost unbearable. I think this podcast started with good intentions but it’s turned into something we just don’t need. It’s neither progressive nor thought provoking. I think she’s targeting an audience with a higher IQ and not succeeding to meet their needs herself.

More reviews of We Met At Acme
24 year old single girl in NYC. This podcast is very real and relatable and offers so many different peoples perspective or so many different aspects of sex and love and dating in NYC. I can’t get enough and share with any of my friends that will listen!!

Love how in every episode I can both learn a new perspective on dating subject matter and at the same time feel like we all struggle with the same things / in the same way
