“So I found this podcast through Kit Keenan who I follow on Instagram and I will say, I didn’t like it right away. I’m the kind of person who likes short podcasts so for me, hour long episodes felt like a drag. It took about 3-4 episodes for me to finally realize that I LOVE this podcast (and I’m so glad I stuck with it). As someone who is newly out of a toxic relationship, it’s been so refreshing and validating listening to the scenarios/polls and stories play out on here. This podcast is now part of my daily routine as I’ve committed to listening to literally every episode and I truly look forward to when the new ones are posted.”
