““Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result” 😱 this sums up my issues with weight and food in the past 20 years. I was a naturally thin child but after puberty I found my weight steadily creeping up. Throughout the last 15 years I’ve been on the hamster wheel of dieting: Jenny Craig, Whole30, AIP, Keto, Paleo, typically having some success but always rebounding to my starting weight or higher. 👩🏻🧔🏻Catherine and Donald are giving me hope that there is another way, a better way, a permanent, less stressful way. ⭐️ If you’ve struggled to drop and maintain weight loss they are your gurus. Without extremes, with real data, a strong focus on daily habits and no finish line. 🤯 My mind is blown on the regular as they dispel diet myths I’ve believed, present practical tips/approaches and are real about the ups and downs of their jour-venture.
