Sadly, this is awful
I watch VPR and listen to the Viall Files, so I truly wanted to like this, but it’s garbage, unfortunately. I am quickly getting the ICK from these ladies. Regarding this podcast, I’ve listened to 2, maybe 3 episodes, but I fell asleep during the last listen for several reasons. Ann and Amanda often interrupt one another in a chaotic way with thoughts that seem underdeveloped at times. Their voice tones range from super low to shrill quite quickly, and they often break into giddy laughter while making points, so it’s difficult to follow. Instead of being taken on a fun, unpredictable journey, I fell asleep while listening. Their guests are not especially interesting, as well. Lastly, there is nothing more unprofessional than Ann consistently bashing all things Sandoval after having worked for him. While I don’t like the guy and probably never will, why would an employer ever trust Ann again? It’s slippery slope to do something as crappy as that before they will be slapped with a cease and desist. Has Amanda ever discussed what happened with her and Nick Viall? If so, I have heard nothing about it. The podcast doesn’t seem to have the best marketing, yet. Ann and Amanda are clearly quirky and could have a lively fun podcast, but they need to do so much work not their podcast before it becomes that. As it is, it’s not listenable to me, but I wish them luck.

These two can’t even name their podcast grammatically correct. We Signed “A” NDA, not “AN” NDA.
