Letting Go
We're often told to "let go" in the practice, but often times that is easier said than done. In this week's episode, Gregory chats about letting go and what that practically means in your meditation practice.

So enriching
Wonderful teachings and stories. Thank you so much for sharing yourself and the Dharma so brilliantly with us.
A Noble Friend
I have known Gregory for 12 years. His wisdom and mindfulness has grown along with his dedication to the Dharma and the Community. You immediately sense this whether listening to a podcast, attending his weekly Zoom meeting, or sitting with him in a Dharma hall. If you are just staring your practice, this is the place to begin. If you have plateaued or stalled in your practice, this is where to get back onto the Path. And if you are well-seasoned in the Dharma, you will instantly recognize this Noble Friend.
My advice—start downloading and listening right now.
Wednesday Wake-up it’s Greg Maloof
Back in March 2020 when pandemic required meditation classes at PIMC to close the center and offer classes through zoom online, I started to attend Wednesday wake-up with Greg, an inspiring meditation teacher. He is so clear in his teachings and I look forward to attending every Wednesday evening. I am grateful to Greg for explaining in a very clear way the teachings of the Buddha. His understanding and compassion that allows one to explore the principles at one’s own pace. Every week, in his dharma talks, I discover a greater understanding and how to incorporate these learnings in my daily practice.
