“Hands down one of the best (if not THE best) podcasts out there!
The best thing about Kabbalah (in my opinion) is that it does not give you a list of rules of what to do and what not to do, but rather presents you with tools for you to make those decisions yourself, and the conversations had on this podcast help you to do just that.
You learn something new every week through conversations that are extremely enlightening, approached from a spiritual point of view that can be easily understood by any type of listener (it doesn’t matter if you’re well-advanced on your spiritual journey, just beginning or not even started yet). The spiritual tools mentioned are frequently followed by practical advises, easy and fun analogies/metaphors, providing a deep understanding of ways to incorporate more wisdom in your life while also suggesting ways of having a more proactive mindset (alongside a few laughters, as the hosts are genuinely fun people to listen to).
