Really helpful podcast. I have done Weight Watchers and lost weight but slowing gain it back. I think that I need a new way to approach eating. This is a very mindful approach to food. Love that she enjoys food without over eating. Great support material.

I wanted to like this podcast, as the overall content does seem useful, but it is too difficult to listen to it. Ms. Broder is clearly reading directly from a prepared script, rendering it agonizingly boring. If she got some help/coaching regarding her style, I’d definitely revisit it.
