Don’t hesitate to listen to these podcasts if you need a new and sustainable way to manage your relationship with food. Shari is wise kind compassionate and humorous, her voice is calming and the podcasts don’t have anything unnecessary - good to listen to while stretching walking to the bus or at any time. These are excellent concepts delivered in a clear and empathetic way.
