I really love the daily short episodes, the variety of guests and how it flows between emotional and informative tips/stories.

Absolutely adored your episode with Millie! I feel like she’s such a nicer person after leaving MIC, and I love how she asked you the questions back so we could hear your side too! 💜

Have only just found your podcast, was searching for something new as had exhausted everything that I regularly listen to. I have run casually for 15 years, am not marathon training but just do a regular 5 miles ish but just love getting the tips of all aspects of training and nutrition. Thank you!

Used to be a really informative podcast until she had a baby, now it is just a mothering podcast. Every single topic is now about running as a mother, stretching as a mother, exercise as a mother, eating as a mother.

Love this Podcast, as a “Lockdown runner” who did the virtual marathon October 2020, I have found this Podcast like a bible to not only running but life in general. I bought Amy’s book too! I’ve been inspired to start using instagram and strava and connect with others in this crazy Covid time. I...Read full review »

Did love this podcast as it was informative and interesting sadly now all about running while pregnant and just not relevant to me anymore. I am sure for the running mummies it will be enjoyed.

Love this podcast series and usually it keeps me company on longer runs. Amy is a fairly impressive runner (certainly compared to me!) but she is still super humble and you feel like you’re learning with her, rather than being intimidated. The series covers a really holistic approach to running,...Read full review »

Hi Amy I have started running in February of this year and absolutely hated it. I joined a running club which was part of my Bootcamp that I had been going to. I was nervous at first but I still hated it. It was for 6 weeks and I continued to run (by myself) throughout lockdown and found your...Read full review »

Generally I enjoy this podcast and listen when I run. I find it inspiring and makes me feel like I can achieve things and hopefully some day run a marathon. However, I have found a couple of the episodes a bit disheartening though. Especially the one in season one about strength training. It made...Read full review »

I absolutely love this podcast! I’m a PT and ran track in college - I was more of a sprinter than a distance runner, but I’ve run my fair share of 5Ks and 8Ks for fun. Now that I’m dead bored in the quarantine, and getting married in 4 months😍I need a new goal to keep me sane! I’ve decided to...Read full review »
