In this episode, I speak to Mmatshepo (Tshepi) Oganne about the importance of restorative rest and how prioritising rest in our daily routines helps us show up fully in the workplace. Workplace bullying often goes undetected because we either don't have the language to articulate our experiences or we lack an understanding of what is happening to us.
