Love the pod!
I randomly came upon this podcast after listening to some low carb podcasts. I really like that the topics are a nice mix of wellness and I have gone back to listen to older episodes. Liz’s voice and accent is very pleasing to the ears as well. Keep up the great work! :)

I felt sorry for the interviewee
I listen to a lot of podcasts and stumbled on this one as an author I admire was being interviewed. Stock questions seemingly written by a researcher were dull and an insult to the interviewee. What a shame.
