Thank you to Liz and the well-being team! I’m so excited by your wonderful podcasts, your amazing books, especially the good gut guide. I can honestly say, I’m a changed person. Currently reading The good menopause guide, and want to say a huge thank you for your amazing information on HRT. It seems to be working well for me. I wouldn’t have contemplated it had I not read all of your information . Looking forward to many more hours of listening/ reading. ( I have plenty of Kefir on the go in my kitchen too ! ) Kombucha is next on my list. A huge thank you to you all ! xxxxxxx
