I was mistaken
I used to use Liz’s products (then I realised she’d sold the company so I went far more natural with another, smaller one) I always believed her to be an advocate of natural health - now I’m not so sure; I tried to listen to the episode with Gaby Logan and although they’re easy to listen to, it felt like one long brainwash for HRT.
