Her no-nonsense, easy to follow tips on taking care of your whole self for the long haul are what I appreciate (and implement) the most. I love Megan’s approach to health and wellness: there’s big picture mental changes that can boost your confidence and help you see things through a more positive lens, plus snack-sized tips on health and fitness to help you make healthy life choices little by little. It’s wellness well done.
