Don’t Bother
Typical agenda-driven, PC, fact free, left leaning CBC drivel that doesn’t do anything to explain western feelings of alienation. Listened to the first 7 episodes in hopes of an informed forum for Western points of view. First was a surprisingly respectful exchange between 2 well spoken individuals (Nikiforuk and Yager) from opposite sides of the Alberta oil industry. It went downhill from there. “Deconstructing the Blockades” was my last. 3 left leaning reporters spouting invectives about the colonization of Indian lands and the righteousness of rail blockades and land claims without a single challenge from the host. Instead, she could have had someone from industry explaining frustrations with placating Aboriginal groups and their outrageous demands with respect to unresolved, and usually specious land claims.
