Peanut allergies
Love the pod but one thought on today’s episode. FDA approval of the first peanut allergy drug is not a good thing. Peanut autoimmune therapy has been around for thirty years. Doctors use peanut flour successfully. My son recently completed therapy. Without insurance the cost is about $5000 for six months. The new “drug,” which is pretty much peanut flour, and protocol would raise the treatment cost to $50,000.
