Incredible
This is one of my favorite podcasts that I’ve ever encountered. I discovered it at the beginning of the El-P season which has been consistently fascinating - I never thought I would hear the man himself discuss the details of his life and the creative process behind a run of some of the best underground classics of that era. Like it literally feels like some kind of secret information that would typically be impossible to discover. When I finished the run of new season episodes currently available, I dug into the first season with Prince Paul and it’s just as spectacular. Mike knows exactly how to coax the most insane stories out of these legends and his enthusiasm for the topics is contagious with both those guests and the listeners. Looking forward to continuing the current season :)

Paul is a great interviewee, funny and well spoken. I remember mike from the philaflava boards back in the day (long time lurker) and he is a excellent host. Great questions, let’s the convo breathe and a great voice for radio. Well done on this, it’s a hip hop nerds dream

Prince Paul’s journey is fascinating to me and I hope he puts it all down in a book some day. Until then, this...Read full review »
