Very Helpful
I highly recommend listening to Jonathan Asley’s podcast . If you’re looking for emotionally healthy advice about dating at midlife or beyond, you’ll find it here. He gives an overview of what good mental health looks like AND then translates it into do and don’t steps to apply to dating. I also like the list of books that he recommends reading. Nice, compassionate, down to earth expertise. It’s helped my self confidence a lot.
