A financial podcast that expands my view on life
Jordan (aka Doc G) has a way of discussing unique and interesting topics with a point of view not often found in podcasts. I learned of Earn and Invest while listening to another show Stacking Benjamin’s. What I enjoy about Doc G’s approach is that he truly seems interested in the topic and presenter. Sometimes I do skip episodes due to either the topic or the personality of the guest not being interesting to me. I also like Doc G being willing to hit other topics example equality, gender identity, Industry discrimination etc while covering it from a point of view of finance. To me that would be terribly difficult to do and he is executes this well. Also, I appreciate that he is also a hospice doctor and look forward to reading his book. My employer is in skilled and assisted living so I understand and here similar experiences that he has seen. I assumed when I started listening that many of the conversations would go right over my head but that’s not the case. He takes very complex thoughts and breaks them down into everyday language.

I like this podcasts because they do deep dives into FI subjects with a panel of people in the know.

I listen to a ton of podcasts, and these guys have one of the best interview formats I’ve come across. The hosts really vibe off each other and bring a uniquely philosophical perspective to FI. Have been listening since the beginning, no plans of leaving! Keep up the great work!
