The hosts clearly have a TON of book knowledge about romance (and other genres), and will help fill out your to-be-read list without spoilers. The podcasts needs better show notes to help me find the titles and authors they talk about (sometimes I miss the details until after I realize the book...Read full review »

Just caught up again and can’t believe I haven’t reviewed yet. Love this podcast. It’s definitely helped me own my love of romance and treat it less like a guilty pleasure. Also I love the rants and would listen to y’all talk for twice the time. You’ve introduced me to Alyssa Cole, Talia...Read full review »

Love to listen for the book recommendations (thanks Trisha for The Widow of Rose House!) and romance news.

This is generally a decent podcast. I appreciate how they talk about topics related to Romancelandia in general (both good and problematic). My biggest quibble is that they ramble rather than having a concise message.

Love this podcast! Funny, thoughtful, interesting and inclusive. I feel like I’ve learnt a lot about Romancelandia from this podcast and really embraced what I love about the genre, while broadening my horizons. Thank you!

Two very personable young women discussing romance books. If you enjoy romance, listening to this podcast is well worth your time.

I would like to rate this higher but after listening to it for awhile I have a few issues. First, Trisha rambles quite a bit. She tries to make a point but repeats the same idea in several different ways over and over, plus she digresses so much while talking that it is almost painful to listen...Read full review »

I typically really enjoy this podcast but I feel like the quality has dipped in recent months. The adaptation shows are a real downer. I came to the podcast for books not shows and it’s frustrating when either host hasn’t even read the book that’s being adapted. Reviews and recommendations are...Read full review »

I love what this show is talking about, but the conversations are so disorganized. I wish the team would figure out a way to plan ahead – I think that would tighten the podcast and make it sound more professional.

Really enjoying the podcast. After a long break from romance novels, you’ve renewed my enthusiasm for the genre. FYI - one of your recent episodes was sponsored by Maya Rodale’s book, “Duchess by Design.” It sounded interesting, so I went out and bought it. It does not disappoint. It’s witty and...Read full review »

I've also learned about authors I should check out that I had never considered before. Keep it...Read full review »

I like the content and the hosts but, oh boy, does this podcast need to be edited. The hosts lack the ability to transition between topics. Each topic inevitably devolves into an awkward back and forth of empty comments that add zero value to the conversation. Even transitioning to their...Read full review »

I’m a voracious and unapologetic romance reader and this podcast is everything I could want! I love that Jess and Trisha cover so many interesting subjects in the romance world, and my TBR has exploded. Keep up the good work!

The content is great and love how they tackle the tough, political issues that emerge in the romance world. Just wish they could pull together a quicker paced, tighter edited podcast on a regular basis.

Jess and Tricia both have such soothing voices and their discussions about romancelandia are so smart! I love this podcast!

I love the podcast so far; it is so refreshing to hear about trends and changes in the romance genre as well as its potential to introduce people to healthier relationships. However, you mentioned a lot of books, apps and authors and for some newbies, it would be nice if you wrote out the books,...Read full review »
