Description
Shiva Bisangkhe is an advocate and human rights activist. He completed his bachelor’s degree in law and earned a master’s degree in political science from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. He has worked for different organisations including governmental and non-governmental in various capacities. From June 2008 to August 2012, he worked as a senior programme officer for human rights with the Kathmandu-based Alliance for Social Dialogue, a partner organisation of the Open Society Foundations based in New York. He studied International Human Rights Law and Practice from October 2012 to September 2013 at the University of York, UK.
