“Loved this episode. I track, just protien and cals but it really helps me maintain. I’m so bad at eating intuitively because I grew up in the days of atkins and low carb and naturally go very low carb when I’m not tracking and tracking helps me eat a more balanced diet with enough carbs and not ocerding that fat. The low carb high fat diets were just ground into my brain at a youngish age and it’s really hard to get away from. This helped normalize tracking long term and stop the “I shouldn’t be tracking anymore.” So good!”
