Allows for introspection
There are some males that may say there is sexism in these podcasts. I would say, to the contrary, this is the most even handed view into a therapy session that I have heard. She does give emphasis/focus to those who have more of a difficulty recognizing their part in what has happened. The scary part of this series, is how much of each session reflects my own thoughts, feelings, experiences, even though I have been in a committed relationship for 17 years... with no physical infidelity or seemingly no mental infidelity.

Great listen and took away a lot from some of the sessions. It’s just so interesting, keep ‘em coming!

I LOVE Esther Perel. This is an amazing little insight as to what exactly happens during a session with her. It's fascinating to see what real people are going through.Read full review »
