“I usually love this podcast but sometimes Esther sides so much with one person it’s painful. In this ep the husband hadn’t worked for 6 months + and the wife was working three jobs to try and keep them above water. This was never properly addressed. The wife was made to feel hysterical. Was the wife fully supportive? No. Did she do lots ‘wrong’? Absolutely. But he was never asked why he didn’t seem bothered about his work situation, or why he wasn’t explaining how he was getting money when he wasn’t working... and Esther’s real anger and constant butting in was infuriating. Is this really therapy?”
