Practically Helpful Gem of a Podcast!
I loved the questions that Dr. Laura asked to bring out the practical skills and recommendations Tina shared. I loved the book recommendation and immediately downloaded Sway as an audiobook. I also appreciated the definition of a leader that Tina provided, which invites us all to see ourselves as a leader. The recommendation for us to talk to everyone more often was brilliant, as it aligns with one of the most evidence-based ways to interrupt bias—interact with as many people as possible who are different than you in as many ways as possible. Positive, frequent, and meaningful interactions help us break down prejudice and bias. Thank you for sharing what you know in an upbeat and informative way. This is a gem of a podcast!
