This got my morning going! I’ve been looking for a new podcast about being a yogi while being black. Been hooked ever since the Zuri episode and gosh I’m so glad I found this episode too. I learned so much! As a current YTT student I have been doing the work to continue to encourage positive talk to others and especially to oneself so when I learned about Neuro linguistics I was all ears! I’m so intrigued in this hypnotherapy I too am hooked on the ice cream jones! 🤣

I adore this podcast. Being a White Mama with Black sons, it’s 100% my issue. This podcast says it all. I want to address this issue of how to be a bridge and be a white spokeswoman for the Black Lives of my children and the American Black diaspora
