“I listen to this podcast because I love short stories. However, I have no clue how this woman has any authority to talk about literature. She constantly claims to be a “modern reader” but she only says this when it’s obvious she doesn’t understand classic literature. She constantly criticizes famous male authors of the past and she says stuff like “I would love to see how Poe would write this in modern times with our proper training.” Wow. Poe was a better writer than 90% of modern writers.
