Host is getting in the way
I generally like what this show is trying to do, but it lets itself down by the host’s, shall we say, excessive presence. Chris has a habit of confidently forming a question on the spot, which often entails a good minute or two of thought-organizing and story-telling while we all have to suffer through it. This isn’t just a stylistic choice, it’s a detraction and one that wouldn’t be tolerated on television. Chris, please practice brevity and clarity for the sake of letting your guests shine more.
