“Chris Hayes has made racist remarks as well as Katy Tur. When they make reference to “to being off the reservation” this is a very racist and insensitive remark. It is about a time here in the US when native Americans (Indians/indigenous people) were forced to live on reservations and be treated as wards of the federal govt and had to ask permission from the Indian agent to leave . Also is a reminder that how on the day that Lincoln signed the emancipation proclamation freeing the slaves was also the day he signed to have 39 Native American men hung simultaneously for not having permission to leave the reservation in search of food for their families!!!
So I have no respect and will not support these 2 msnbc commentators”
