Very informative
Came here for a refresher before getting back into hospitality. Excellent enthusiasm and lack of pretense. Scientific breakdowns are wildly informative as well. Would really appreciate an episode on the use of oak in the winemaking process and the effects of specific aspects of terroir on the wine would be interesting to hear your take on these.

There is nothing wrong with learning wine through experience or through certified education.
