Self indulgent
This podcast is completely self-indulgent. I can’t believe that I wasted my time listening to the whole thing. The big “reveal” in the end was not earth-shattering like the listener is led to believe. This podcast might be interesting for the family, but it’s not that interesting for everyone else.

Really not good. Indulgent. Banal family stories. And the big reveal - not big. Her dad is less racist than his ancestors - same of every single person on the planet.

As the youngest child in a large family, though a couple decades younger, I could so relate to much of the story! The only thing I don’t like is the music.
