“I originally disliked this podcast for a number of reasons, but mostly I found Ana annoying. I continued to give the show chances because I liked the content, and I’ve been known to judge too quickly. Now I love the show. I realized that many of the things I found annoying about Ana are really just things I find annoying about myself. Most of all, her talk about addiction (though my struggles are on a much smaller scale) is incredibly helpful and relatable. Even when I find myself failing to be my best, her show helps me pick myself back up. Thanks Ana.”
