Stand up Paddleboarding or SUP is fast becoming one of the most popular water-sports in the UK. Jo Moseley was 51 when she started the sport and she tells us why we should all get on a board and start paddling. She is in parliament today calling on the government to amend a law governing how companies are run to better reflect their social and environmental responsibilities.
