Finally getting great info!
I feel like I’m one of the few women who got diagnosed with ADHD at a young age (8 years old) and growing up there was NO information for me about how to traverse life being neurodivergent. It was “just try harder” which as we know does not work. I am so happy that not only there is a pool of information, but there is so much more support specifically for women with ADHD. I really started listening to ADHD podcasts this year and finally feel like I found my people. It is amazing to hear everyone’s experiences and gives me so many great ideas. Love your podcast and thank you!!
