Long time listener… no more
The latest episode covering Chanel Miller / Brock Turner was my jumping off point. They were disgustingly sympathetic to the rapist’s dismal life now, which he fully deserves, and said he doesn’t deserve to be registered as a sex offender. As a podcast labeled “Women and Crime” and hosted by two women, I expect better. Chanel deserved better in the coverage of her story.

This podcast is good but I don’t love how much the host says “I think” when providing supposed facts. If she isn’t sure, it shouldn’t be said or if she is referring to sources, she needs to say “according to sources”.

The story telling is random because of the questions being asked. The end result of the case is spoiled because the other person will ask “did they arrest her?” And the host would confirm. This podcast has potential but it’s hard to listen to.
