Renn Scott founded Daily Goods Design LABS at the FashionZone at Ryerson University. DGDL is a product design, research and innovation company based in Toronto. Scott's work focuses on collaboration and co-creation methodologies to create design + tech + innovation experiences using insights gained from female consumers.  Canadian Manufacturing associate editor Alanna Fairey spoke to Renn recently to discuss Erin's career in design automation, the challenges she overcame and her advice to encourage more women to take on more leadership roles.
