Dr. Maya Warren is an Ice Cream Scientist who travels the world developing and creating ice cream and other frozen aerated desserts. She helps a wide variety of clients, from neighborhood  shops where you go in and order a scoop or two, to the giant brands who stock the shelves at your local supermarket.  She says, “Roses are red, violets are blue, who needs flowers when ice cream will do?” Dr. Maya earned her BA in Chemistry and obtained my PhD in Food Science.
