“Garland gives a refreshingl honest and accurate snapshot of his take on current events, then lets callers share their thoughts. Some shows are better than others,bcause it's all non-scripted. Some of the regular callers are hillarious, especially "Baltimore's Homeless Ike".
A warm and friendly speaking style and witty comments are Garland trademarks. While he often makes remarks to generate a laugh, there's almost always a grain of uncomfortable truth burried in there. Garland is a rebel with a cause, but he's neither toxic or condescending. He just says what he thinks and listens to other views.”
