Mark and Peter have one of the best rapports of any two man podcast team going today. Their hilarious, topical, generally good natured banter is further complimented by Mark’s extensive wrestling knowledge and fanaticism. A great listen for those who love wrestling, are looking to explore their...Read full review »

The hosts are absolutely great. It is a lot of fun to go on the journey with Pete as he learns about the wild world of wrestling. I was really into the WWF/E in the late 80’s and early 90’s but stopped watching. Finding this podcast has gotten me interested again. The playful banter between two...Read full review »

Very good. Don’t know how I found this on YouTube but it’s a treat.

The show has its funny moments. However there are times when it ventures into what I consider politics and since I am on the right and the hosts are on the left, I do not care for these times since I spend my time thinking of rejoinders instead of simply being along for a lark.

Marc absolutely smashes it.

My wrestling experience was over by mid attitude era, so in respect of a lot of what follows I am as clueless as a lazy booking agent. Such is the passionate wrestling whimsey of the lads, I still feel included and up for the lolz. Cheers guys!

Borrowing the over used phrase from Vinny Mac, this is a great way to re visit the WWF(E) from years past. The Lord Alfred “Roddy” outburst is never far from my mind. 😄

Just discovered the pod, brilliant show, great humour, no annoying tangents, can’t wait to listen to the rest of it.

Ruined my memory of my childhood heroes in the funniest way ever! That Billy Graham poster can never be unseen!

The best compliment I can give this show is that I don’t and haven’t watched wrestling for over fifteen years. With that in mind, I listen religiously because the show is hilarious, it is pitched in a way that the focus is on the wrestlers as people (their back story, mistakes, foibles and...Read full review »

I came for the wrestling and stay for the anti-monarchy chat, Becky Lynch slander and Marxist agenda.

Lord Alfred Hayes 316 I’m changing my rating to 1 star in protest that this might end! This has been the highlight of my week since it started. Please don’t end I can suggest for you 6 more shows that you can get a year out of 🥺

Snarky smarky loopy loo. No self respect in the best of ways.

How is possible that a podcast can satisfy your love for old school wrestling and also listening to two wonderful men? Well Wrestle Me does that and by much more. Love forever
Bray's nips via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 09/16/21
I could listen to the two hosts review anything and the fact they are going through the highs, lows and really low lows of wrestling makes it one of the funniest things to listen to. Always jumps to the front of the cue when a new episode is released - please don’t stop when you are finished with...Read full review »

Wrestlemania 32 part 4 last 6/8 minutes is the hardest I have ever laughed I think iv listened to those 6/8 minutes 50 times! I love this podcast so much I wish Marc was my dad and Pete was my friend

1 star for the weird Becky Lynch slander and lack of appreciation for her work and crowd connection. She is very underrated.

I’ve listened since the beginning and loved the early shows. Genuinely funny and some incredible insight into the world of wrestling and it’s personalities. The issue I have is that over the past year it’s been veering more and more on to the side the hosts pushing their ‘progressive’, socialist...Read full review »

Before Wrestle Me, I’d always found WWE faintly ludicrous. It’s still somewhat ludicrous but Marc’s passion and knowledge, Pete’s new convert enthusiasm and the multitude of bizarre stories and outsize personalities make it essential listening.
Fra from the West via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 04/19/21
not even the slightest bit interested in wrestling but this always goes to the top of my list when a new episode arrives. weird.

This podcast got me into wrestling and brought me closer to my childhood friend who always tried but could never convince me. Thanks guys, you are awesome

I could listen to Marc and Pete talk about absolutely anything and love it, which is handy, because I have no interest in wrestling, yet feel compelled to pay for their Patreon each month. Put simply, this podcast is hotter than Janetti’s daughter.
Pognose via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/26/21
Marc and Pete offer such a funny and unique twist on wrestling history. They really embrace the socio-economic context of each WM but also interweave funny anecdotes. Favourite podcast, and I’m a massive podcast listener. Best £9.60 I spend a month on the Patreon Wrestle Me Marc! Wrestle Me Pete

You keep telling me give 5 stars in the most aggressive Vince McMahon way. Alright alright. Here you go! It’s got nothing to do with me listening to episode after episode. I can stop anytime I want. Just like soma’s

Would like it if they did a similar format for the early years of the UFC.
ElectricMessiah via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 01/14/21
I do enjoy this, but it seems they arent too interested in the free version anymore, very inconsistent as to when an episode is released, before every week on a Thursday, now youd be lucky if you get one atall. They did something called “12 days of wrestlemas” previous years, an espisode every...Read full review »

Was skeptical i would like this at first, only really watched wrestling as a kid during the hogan/warrior years then later as a student during the attitude era, nothing since. I can’t really explain my love for this podcast, I just know that I love it a lot. Give it a listen! It’s hilarious and actually very informative (about wrestling....I don’t know how useful the knowledge you’ll gain from this podcast will be in your day to day life, but it’s great still).

This is easily one of the funniest things I have ever listen to if you love irreverent humour and hearing the backstory of some of your memories of wrestling growing up this is the podcast for you it takes a lot for me to laugh I howl at this Marc should be a comedy writer. I was 10 when I first disovered pro wrestling and I watched it religiously through its initial UK boom in the early 90s. I've dipped in and out over the years, but this podcast has allowed me to revisit the shows I loved as a kid and watch them through more critical adult eyes. I've...Read full review »

I LOVE this podcast. The mixture of delving deep into wrestling stories and the general ‘banter’ between the two makes this podcast a must listen. Keep them coming chaps (even when the Mania’s run out)!
