While Hulk Hogan may have signed with WCW in 1994, Lex Luger debuted on Nitro in 1995, and even Alundra Blayze would throw the WWF Women's Title in the garbage that same year, it was arguably Vince McMahon who actually took the first shots in what would eventually be the company war of WWF vs. WCW. All the back in 1984, before WrestleMania, Monday Night Raw, or even the widespread of cable or pay-per-view, Vince McMahon appeared on TBS and brought what would later be dubbed "sports entertainment" to the southern rasslin' fans.
