I just heard a report on how African Americans are at a disadvantage for refinancing due to all the closing costs. Isn’t it rather rude to say that it’s a race issue? What about Hispanic, Asian and even Caucasian’s who are unable to afford it. Bridge the gap in financial costs not race.

Today’s episode was about the Ethiopian airline crash, near the end of the story they placed a commercial on top of the interview, when the commercial ended so did the interview. This is not the first time this has happened. Sloppy for such a major company.

I like the podcast, but give it a low rating because of the incessant repetitive ads. I have an iPod Classic with the click wheel. I have learned how to spin the click wheel to get past their 30-second ads, 1-minute ads, etc. I haven't listened to a full ad in months, and could not even tell...Read full review »
