“Can’t imagine what you are feeling right now. So sorry you are experiencing this. My advice to you is what would Lynn think about this. I know this sounds morbid and awful. But when loved ones I knew died, I tried to channel their thoughts. Mostly my folks. My mom died when I was 26. My dad was killed by a hit and run driver when I was 32. Get on your horse and ride. I imagined her saying. My dad would say get to it. I know this sounds crazy but it helped me. Thinking of you.”
