In this solo conversation I discuss the importance of having difficult conversations. We look at what creates trust and how self-knowledge and the yamas and niyamas are key to building trust to self and therefore others. We do a short practice to reclaim trust, safety and grouding in times of uncertainty. We use the earth element to re-build new pathways of trust in our body and mind.
