Thank you Kimberley, your work provides much assistance in the battlefield of OCD and ED. Providing validation and most importantly support! Granting me the capabilities of implementing the therapeutic tools out of session. (For some reason it is easier for me to accept and implement what I hear on my own through your podcasts than my therapists. Does that make any sense?!?! Does anyone else feel that way?!?!)

This podcast gave me so much strength and courage to keep going. This is one of they few podcasts that I’ve found that actually helps me stay calm, on track and focused, while not excusing anxiety and stress. This podcast has helped me through so many hard days and nights!

I’ve been in treatment for OCD and this podcast has some great reminders for me to remember to use the skills I’ve learned and not suppress or avoid things that cause me to have distressing emotions and be able to live the life I want to live. She is kind, open-minded and encouraging!
