This episode introduces a meditation for men who experience sexual challenges like delayed ejaculation, premature ejaculation, sexual anxiety, low sex drive, or erectile dysfunction. These challenges often leads to a fight, flight, or freeze response, accompanied by overthinking, fear, and doubt.
     
    The meditation is as a way of finding inner peace in the face of these challenges, and how inner peace can coexist with discomfort and anxiety.
     
    You are invited to redefine peace as being open to uncomfortable feelings and to practice acceptance in small steps, gradually increasing their capacity for inner peace. The meditation includes breathing exercises, mantras focusing on peace in various aspects of yourself , and visualisations aimed at integrating peace throughout the mind and body.
     
    Achieving sexual peace is a gradual process, part of a larger journey toward overcoming sexual challenges.
